In order to create optimum potential for exploratory drilling and future growth, we are working to create a technical group of experts within the industry of oil and gas. This group will find leads for profitable investments including producing wells and income-generating properties. By capitalizing on long withstanding relationships with producers of oil and gas, in conjunction with drawing on the knowledge of our partners and advisors in financial and energy markets, we plan to build a vast portfolio of proven oil and natural gas assets. We plan to emerge as a top US energy company.

  • Step one is to build a funding alliance whose purpose is to advise project partners and property acquisitions. This allows the company to grow by funding those ventures and supplying working capital.
  • Step two is to create a technical group to aid in the efficient management of our recent projects and then help in finding properties with the best risk/reward strategies for acquisition, exploration and development.
  • Step three involves oil and gas manufacturers and working with them to look for new investments for future production. Partnering with them also allows them to decrease or spread their risk profile by disposing of assets to us.
  • Step four is to build our portfolio of exploratory properties for the long- term, while at the same time, creating a profit stream that generates positive net income in the here and now.
  • Step five involves selling (from time to time) properties that we have acquired, then proven and developed. These sales would obviously be done at a fair market price. At this point our focus shifts to the geological and geophysical engineering side of the business. We plan to outsource much of these tasks to professional firms who are experienced in properly overseeing the costs.
  • Step six is simply to create earning per share for our shareholders.
